static web sites built by Access Web Design include free support for 30 days from the time of completion.
- Any Hosting issues resulting from server faults and not caused directly by the client or the client's co-workers or contractors.
- Any web site fault found to be a result of our work at the time of construction or as a result of modifications to the client's web site by Access Web Design.
- Requests for changes to e-mail accounts or for additional accounts.
4 hours training is provided with our Content Management System as follows:-
- 1x4 hour session or 2x2 hour sessions or 4x1 hour sessions.
- Training sessions expire two weeks from the date of handover.
- 4x10 minute (up to) support calls within 30 days from the date of handover.
6 hours training is provided with our e-Commerce Applications as follows:-
- 1x6 hour session or 2x3 hour sessions or 1x4 hour + 2x1 hour sessions.
- Training sessions expire three weeks from the date of handover.
- 6x10 minute (up to) support calls within 30 days from the date of handover.
Support not covered by the topics above are charged as follows:-
Phone Support - Payment is required in advance. See Pay Now:-
$35.00 - For one call of up to 15 minutes of Phone Support
$60.00 - For one call of up to 30 minutes of Phone Support
Office Support (inc. tuition) - Payment on the day or See Pay Now:-
$55.00 - Per visit of up to 30 minutes in our office
$95.00 - Per visit of up to 60 minutes in our office.

We do not offer support by e-mail as it is usually a far too inneficient and time consuming method of rectifying any problems you may have.
Generally we find that support by phone enables us to ask all the right questions enabling a much quicker resolution to problems.
